  • The Peace Lily is a beautiful and elegant houseplant known for its deep green leaves and white blooms. It's easy to care for and an excellent indoor air purifier.

    ☀️ Light:

    • Grows best in bright, indirect light.

    • Can tolerate low light, but may produce fewer flowers.

    • Avoid direct sunlight – it can scorch the leaves.

    💧 Watering:

    • Keep the soil slightly moist, but not soggy.

    • Water when the top 1 inch (2.5 cm) of soil feels dry.

    • Drooping leaves are a sign it needs water – it perks up quickly after watering!

    • Avoid overwatering – this can lead to root rot.

    🌡️ Temperature & Humidity:

    • Ideal temperature: 18°C to 27°C (65°F to 80°F).

    • Keep away from cold drafts and temperatures below 10°C (50°F).

    • Peace lilies love high humidity – misting the leaves or placing near a humidifier helps.

    🌱 Soil & Fertilizer:

    • Use well-draining, rich potting soil.

    • Fertilize once a month during spring and summer with a balanced, liquid houseplant fertilizer.

    • Don’t over-fertilize – too much can burn the plant.

    🪴 Repotting & Pruning:

    • Repot every 1–2 years or when roots start to crowd the pot.

    • Remove yellow or brown leaves to encourage healthy growth.

    • Trim faded blooms at the base.

    ⚠️ Pet & Safety Info:

    • ⚠️ Toxic to pets and humans if ingested – keep out of reach of cats, dogs, and small children.

    • Wash hands after handling if you have sensitive skin.

    🧘‍♀️ Extra Tips:

    • Peace Lilies can bloom twice a year if well cared for.

    • Clean leaves with a damp cloth to remove dust and allow better breathing.

    • Watch for brown leaf tips – usually caused by low humidity or too much fertilizer.
